Free Shuttle
Georgetown
University Transportation System (GUTS)
Georgetown provides free shuttle service for patients, visitors and families to and from Dupont Circle (Massachusetts Avenue & 20th Street) and Rossyln metro stations. Call (202) 687-4364 for more information.
Campus Stops: The Dupont shuttle bus stop is located outside
the Pasquerilla Healthcare Center between the hours of 5:30 am and 6:45 pm. For
your safety and security PHC doors are locked at 7 pm, please use the Emergency
Department entrance.
The Rossyln shuttle bus drops off and picks up
riders on North Road between the University's Southwest Quad and Harbin Field.
This drop off/pick up location is approximately three tenths of a mile from the
Hospital. Patients and visitors who are not comfortable walking this distance
are encouraged to take the Dupont Circle shuttle instead.
Hospital employees must show ID badge when boarding. Patients, or family of a
patient, will need to inform the driver that they are coming to the hospital for
a medical reason and will be asked to write down their name upon boarding.

 Metrobus and Metrorail
One of the most common routes is to take the Red Line Metrorail to Dupont Circle. Georgetown University Hospital provides free shuttle service for patients and employees from the Rosslyn and Dupont Metro stations Monday thru Friday between the hours of 5:30 am and 11:45 pm. Buses depart every 15 minutes during peak hours of 6:30– 9:30 am and 3:30– 6:30 pm. At other times departures occur every 30 minutes. The Rosslyn station is located at 19th and Moore Streets, and Dupont Circle station is at Massachusetts Avenue and 20th Street. There will be no service to Wisconsin Ave.

Taxis
Tell the taxi driver to take you to the Georgetown University Medical Center and to enter at Entrance 1.
