Acclaimed Area Designers, Restaurants and Businesses Come Together to Benefit Georgetown’s Pediatric Cancer Program
This year’s Georgetown Jingle activities will cater to everyone in the family. Kids and adults alike will find a winter wonderscape with the most creative seasonal decorations ever.
The holiday extravaganza features gourmet foods from the area’s finest restaurants, holiday music, live entertainment and a CVS/pharmacy Children’s Workshop at which children can decorate delicious cookies, create festive cards, munch on kid-friendly food and meet Santa. The silent auction features a fantastic assortment of gifts, including children’s accessories, luxurious spa packages, sports tickets, vacations and more. The Four Seasons Hotel, JDS Designs and The Washington Design Center, together with some of the Washington area’s most recognized interior designers, have donated their talents to make the eye-popping event a success. The trees will be on display at the Four Seasons Hotel Washington from December 1 to December 14 as part of the holiday display for hotel guests.

Amelia, Clara and Ingrid were among the belles of the Jingle last year, enjoying the children’s crafts, activities and treats sponsored by CVS/pharmacy.
The must-have holiday decor will be auctioned off to lucky bidders, with all proceeds benefiting Georgetown University Hospital’s Pediatric Hematology, Oncology, Blood and Marrow Transplantation Program and the Childhood Cancer Survivorship Program. At Georgetown, internationally recognized specialists are on the cutting edge of cancer research and treatment, and each staff member is dedicated to providing compassionate care in a setting that encourages young patients to act like kids — even while they are battling cancer.
Since the inaugural event in 2006, the Jingle has welcomed more than 2,000 attendees and raised $970,000 for Georgetown Pediatrics. Past and current sponsors include AMYX, Inc., DC Magazine, CVS/pharmacy, Total Wine & More, J. Craig Venter Family Foundation, Bloomingdale’s, The Container Store®, Home & Design Magazine, the Amey family, DARCARS, Gensler, Corcoran Caterers, Signs By Tomorrow, Kevin Allen Photo, Georgetown University Hospital and the Key family.
