Pediatric Neurology Clinical Programs & Services:
AD/HD and Learning Disabilities Service Provides service to children who show difficulties with inattention, impulsivity, organization, hyperactivity, and learning issues. Evaluations may consist of physical and neurological examination as well as neuropsychological testing. Care is provided by a pediatric neurologist, a licensed neuropsychologist, or pediatric nurse practitioner. Medication management is available.

Autism and Communication Disorder Service Provides an interdisciplinary team approach in the evaluation of infants and young children who may have Autistic Spectrum Disorder and/or serious communication disorders. Communication skills, thinking skills, social interaction abilities, and sensory motor abilities are assessed, and family participation is encouraged.

Genetic/Behavioral Syndromes Service Offers comprehensive services for children with known genetic syndromes, including comorbid neurodevelopmental/neurocognitive diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing care.

Neuromuscular and neurodegenerative disorders Services are provided for children with movement disorders, hypotonicity, lack of coordination, muscle weakness and polyneuropathies.The Neurology Division offers diagnosis and treatment for these children in an environment comprised of experienced providers and a strong referral base.
The Neurology Division also offers services for neonatal neurological disorders and seizure disorders, Tourette syndrome and epilepsy. Please call for appointment times.
