Child Advocacy and Mental Health Program
Although primary care is our main focus, we have realized that many of our families have pressing non-medical needs. As a result, our program includes social services. All of our patients with mental health, advocacy or social service needs are referred to the Child Advocacy and Mental Health (CAMH) Coordinator who will assist them in obtaining services that will further support the health care provided by the Mobile Clinic. Additionally, our CAMH Coordinator is instrumental in helping children reach needed special educational services provided by the school system. In this way, the KIDS Mobile Medical Clinic helps to ensure that each child receives truly comprehensive care.
